As long as the product is cold when it arrives, it has been kept at a safe temperature during transit and can be placed directly into your refrigerator, freezer or cooked right away. We design our packaging to maintain proper temperature rather than keep items rock-solid frozen, ensuring your food arrives fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy.
