Shipping

Where do you ship? Our oven-ready meals ship cold/frozen nationwide (US).

What does shipping cost? Orders of $150+ ship free on shipping rates under $20. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout.

Which days do you ship? Frozen orders ship Monday through Wednesday only, so your meals never sit in transit over a weekend.

Holiday ship-by dates: Thanksgiving: order by Friday, Nov 20, 2026 · Christmas: order by Friday, Dec 18, 2026

Arrival & thawing

My meal arrived thawed. Is that okay? Meals ship cold/frozen in insulated packaging and may arrive thawed but cold. That's normal. If your package arrives thawed but still cold to the touch, don't worry: it's fully safe to refreeze or cook right away. Refrigerate or freeze as soon as it arrives.

What if there's a problem with my order? Remember, a package that arrives thawed but still cold to the touch is fully safe to refreeze or cook. For anything else, contact us via our contact page.

Gift Bowls: everything in the bowl is shelf-stable.

Gifting

Can I include a gift message? Yes. Add it in your cart before checkout.

Can I hide prices? Yes. Tick "This is a gift: hide prices on the packing slip" in your cart.

Can I send to multiple addresses? Place a separate order for each address, or see Corporate Gifts for bulk orders.
