- Packed cold. Oven-ready meals are packed in insulated packaging.
- Ships nationwide. Ships cold/frozen nationwide. Frozen orders ship Monday through Wednesday only.
- Thaw & bake. It may arrive thawed but cold (that's normal). If your package arrives thawed but still cold to the touch, don't worry: it's fully safe to refreeze or cook right away. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival, then bake per the product page.
