Limited Edition!

Fantes Aunt Gina's Pasta Machine with Double Pasta Cutter rolls homemade pasta sheets and cuts spaghetti or fettuccine noodles with consistent results. Its roller adjusts to roll uniform pasta dough into 9 thicknesses (0.5 to 3 millimeters) with the turn of a dial. Easily roll 150-millimeter-wide sheets of pasta dough for ravioli or hand-cut shapes, or slide on the double pasta cutter attachment to cut spaghetti and fettuccine noodles. The extra-wide clamp secures the pasta machine to work surfaces ranging from 1 to 2.375 inches thick, while the wooden handle provides a comfortable grip during use. Make pasta to cook immediately or ahead of time for future use.
